Using wheat produced in Kagawa Prefecture, we focus on a soft mouthfeel reminiscent of udon's elasticity and luster. By layering fragrant hops like "dashi" (broth), we pursue a rich and profound flavor.

We have prepared a 5-beer tasting set that allows you to enjoy the unique lineup of UDON BREWING all at once.

While all are "udon beers," their charm lies in how each has a completely different character, from light and refreshing types to those with a rich body and lingering finish.
