However, the following cases do not fall under the provision to a third party as stipulated above:

(1) When our Shop outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.(2) When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.

(3) When personal information is jointly used in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. 

8. Disclosure of Personal Information When a customer requests the disclosure of personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will, after confirming the request is from the customer themselves, disclose it to the customer without delay (and notify them if such personal information does not exist). However, this does not apply in cases where our Shop is not obligated to disclose under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. 

9. Correction, etc., of Personal Information If a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter "Correction, etc.") of their personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information on the grounds that it is untrue, our Shop will, after confirming the request is from the customer themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Based on the results, we will make the Correction, etc., of the personal information content and notify the customer to that effect (or notify the customer if a decision is made not to make the Correction, etc.). However, this does not apply if our Shop is not obligated to make the Correction, etc., under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. 

10. Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information If a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter "Suspension of Use, etc.") of their personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use, or that it was acquired by deceit or other fraudulent means, and it is found that the request is valid, we will, after confirming the request is from the customer themselves, conduct the Suspension of Use, etc., of the personal information without delay and notify the customer. However, this does not apply if our Shop is not obligated to conduct the Suspension of Use, etc., under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. 

11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

 (1) Our Shop's services may use Cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand the usage of our services and contribute to service improvement. Users who wish to disable Cookies can do so by changing their web browser settings. However, disabling Cookies may prevent you from using some features of our Shop's services.
