How to Order
  1. Select your items and add them to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address and payment method.
  3. After confirming your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
  4. We will send a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.
  5. Your items arrive.
About Shipping

Beverages such as craft beer will be delivered via “Yu-Pack Chilled” (refrigerated service) to maintain quality. Lightweight items like T-shirts will be shipped via “Yu-Packet” (nationwide flat rate of 500 yen).

* Please note: If you order craft beer (chilled) and regular items (like T-shirts) at the same time, they will be sent in separate shipments, and shipping fees will be charged for each. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

About Shipping Fees

Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

About Returns & Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

Please note that cancellations are not possible after an item has been shipped.

If you are unable to receive your package for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any cash-on-delivery charges.

If the items are not redelivered or picked up from the shipping company’s depot within one week of the initial delivery attempt, the storage period will expire, and the package will be automatically returned to us (the sender). Please make arrangements to receive your items promptly.

About Delivery Date & Time

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, you can select a date (from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 21 days from the order date) and a desired delivery time on the cart page. Please note that shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other closed business days, which may affect the delivery schedule. Please check the business day calendar for our days of operation.

About gifts

We offer set products that are compatible with gift boxes. We offer Noshi (gift wrapping paper), name insertion (free), and message card services for mid-year (Ochugen) and end-of-year (Oseibo) gifts only.

  1. Red and white bow: mid-year gift, year-end gift, thank you gift, celebration gift, etc.
  2. Red and white knotted paper: wedding-related, sympathy, get-well gift, etc.

On the product detail page:

  • Check “Request Noshi” if you would like to add a noshi.
  • If you wish to have a name included, please enter the "Sender's name to be written on the Noshi" in the entry field.
  • Check “Request Message Card” if you would like to include a message card.
