About Returns 

As a general rule, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. Cancellations cannot be made after an item has been shipped. If you are unable to accept redelivery or pick up the item from the delivery company's office within one week of the initial delivery attempt, the delivery company's storage period will expire, and the item will be automatically returned to the sender.
