Setouchi Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") aims to go beyond merely being a craft beer manufacturer and envisions a future where the entire Setouchi area thrives as a "craft beer mecca." As part of our sustainability activities and community contribution, we have begun accepting trainees who aspire to establish their own breweries.

Background of the project: Honing skills and co-creating culture
This special training program was sparked by an encounter with a man who possessed a strong passion to "create new value for his local community." The craft beer industry is rooted in a "guild" spirit of mutual growth and co-creation of culture, where members hone each other's skills.

We are convinced that supporting his dream will lead to the creation of new local employment and the cultivation of diverse tourism resources, and thus decided to fully open our brewing facilities and provide technical guidance.
