The official Japanese version of our policies is the only legally binding version and if there is any difference in nuance or inconsistency between the official Japanese version and any translation, the official Japanese version will prevail in any respect.

■ Delivery Method

To maintain product quality, our shop uses Yu-Pack Refrigerated (Chill-Bin) Delivery. For some lightweight items such as T-shirts, we will use Yu-Packet (Nationwide flat rate: 500 yen). 

 

■ Product Delivery Timing
Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

■ Returns & Cancellations

As a general rule, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. Cancellations cannot be made after an item has been shipped. If you are unable to receive your item due to personal circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any cash-on-delivery (COD) charges. If you are unable to accept redelivery or pick up the item from the delivery company's office within one week of the initial delivery attempt, the storage period will expire, and the item will be automatically returned to the sender. We kindly ask for your cooperation in receiving your order promptly.
