We've packed this beer with "gratefulness" and whole grapefruits to create a high-level, exceptionally fruity IPA. Based on a West Coast IPA, it has a solid bitterness and a full body, yet it's remarkably easy to drink thanks to the bright flavors of lime and grapefruit. The fragrant citrus lightens the malt's sweetness and makes the hop aromas pop.

Every sip is a happy harmony of fruit and hops. It's the perfect gift to show your appreciation or to make any special day even better.

◇SETOUCHI CHERRY & STRAWBERRY SOUR

●STYLE : Fruit Sour Ale

●ABV : 5.5%

A fruit sour ale made with sour cherries and Tochiotome strawberries. We used two types of fruit: intensely tart sour cherries (often used in cherry pie) and Tochiotome strawberries, which are known for their soft acidity and wonderful fragrance. The aroma has notes of cherry blossom (from the cherries), while the flavor adds the distinct character of Tochiotome strawberries. The result is a harmonious finish where the sweet-and-sour fruits balance a beer that is itself both tart and sweet. The red label and the beer's pink color perfectly match the look of a cherry's skin and pulp.
