For this beer, we used "wet hops"—hops that are flash-pasteurized at a low temperature immediately after harvest instead of being dried. As this was our first time using them, it required some creative effort to find the right balance with our conventional hops and achieve the perfect aroma. The final result highlights a refreshing citrus and herbal flavor, which harmonizes beautifully with the spicy character unique to Saison yeast.

The label depicts sheep grazing in the Belgian countryside. It represents our wish for hardworking people to find a moment of calm and relaxation.
