A new IPA is born—both powerful and delicate—in pursuit of the full potential of hops.

The undisputed star is the "wet hop." We've generously used a type of wet hop that is pouched and pasteurized at a low temperature immediately after harvesting. This process preserves more of the fragile aromatic compounds, resulting in a profound aroma of green citrus and herbs.

We added these special hops at multiple stages of the brewing process to extract the maximum possible aroma.

The result is a beer with multiple hop layers that change and reveal new expressions over time. A sharp, structural bitterness ties the whole thing together, giving it a distinct and weighty profile. This is a brew that is sure to satisfy even those who love a bold, full-bodied IPA.
