In a slightly chilly room, the "juicy" texture and rich, sweet aftertaste of warm udon and aburaage (fried tofu) soaked in dashi are simply irresistible!
The wheat used for the udon noodles is a special product from Kagawa Prefecture, using locally sourced ingredients!
The aroma of stone fruits like peach, and a hint of pear, express the juiciness of kitsune (aburaage).
