Nationwide, we're probably starting to see that famous commercial for New Year's Eve, right?
On a slightly cold day indoors, there's nothing better than a warm bowl of udon with tempura bits that are "crispy yet juicy" as they soak up the broth, offering a rich sweetness that slides down your throat!
For the udon noodles, we used carefully selected wheat from Kagawa Prefecture, made with local ingredients!
We finished it with a creamy texture so that the sweetness and deep flavor of the hops hit you hard.
The coconut and tropical aroma express the richness and mellowness that comes from the oil in the tempura bits dissolving.
