● WHY THIS HOP
This time, we envisioned a tropical IPA with a well-balanced bitterness.
Elani® is a new hop variety characterized by its soft tropical aroma reminiscent of peach and guava.
Its characteristics perfectly matched our concept, so we used it as the key hop.

● WHAT TO ENJOY
Starting with a tropical aroma of peach and passion fruit,
it progresses to rich green notes with bitterness and citrus,
allowing you to enjoy the harmony of bitterness and softness.

● BREWING NOTES
We employed a special method to extract the delicious components of the hops.
Additionally, by using oats, we achieved a soft mouthfeel.
