●WHY THIS HOP
We wanted to make an IPA that highlights the classic qualities of Chinook hops, with its main notes of pine resin and citrus.
●WHAT TO ENJOY
A sharp, crisp bitterness and grapefruit-like citrus, followed by a pine resin character.
●BREWING NOTES
We incorporated a special method to extract the aromatic compounds of the hops.
Additionally, we blended different types of Chinook hops to achieve a balanced finish.
