Ise Udon HAZY IPA

I was deeply impressed by the soft Ise Udon I ate when I visited Ise Grand Shrine, and after 10 years of research, I ended up collaborating with the local Isekadoya Brewery. This is an exquisite item with a rich hop-soy sauce flavor and a wonderfully smooth wheat-like mouthfeel that keeps you wanting more.

As a distinctive feature of our Udon series, we generously use locally sourced Kagawa prefecture wheat! When poured into a glass, its soft, cloudy appearance, reminiscent of noodles, is striking.

With the first sip, a sweet and fruity aroma, like peach, pineapple, and orange, explodes! The soft and smooth texture, unique to wheat, gently envelops the rich umami of the hops.

While providing a satisfying fullness, it goes down surprisingly smoothly... This is a special collaboration beer, a truly addictive culmination of "Sanuki" and "Ise" udon love!
