Zaru Udon HAZY IPA

This Hazy IPA embodies that craftsmanship.

Like a dashi broth that enhances umami, various hops were added in large quantities, and this time, we went all out with an extra "dodo-n" hop addition, so much that it's hardly a secret ingredient! This beer is packed with the passionate dedication of a craft beer udon master who believes "it's not satisfying without a punch."

When poured into a glass, it reveals a lustrous haze reminiscent of noodles, with a smooth, somewhat sweet mouthfeel. From there, an overwhelmingly fruity explosion.
