Brewed to commemorate SETOUCHI BEER's 200th batch!

This is a deeply satisfying Triple IPA. Despite its 11% ABV, a characteristic hop sweetness makes it incredibly smooth, and you'll find yourself unconsciously reaching for the next sip.

We used an unusual mashing schedule of over three hours, which resulted in a rich malt aroma and a crisp, clean body with low residual sweetness.

Featuring Nelson Sauvin, Strata, and Idaho 7 hops, it boasts bright fruit aromas of apricot, berry, orange, and pear, all balanced by a subtle dank nuance. The mouth-filling sweetness of the hop oils pairs perfectly with its dry body, making this high-alcohol ale dangerously drinkable.
