SETOUCHI YUZU LAGER

An elegant yuzu aroma rises vividly from the glass.

This refined "Yuzu Lager" combines a clean crispness with a soft mouthfeel!

A small amount of Vienna malt was added to Pilsner malt, giving it a subtle biscuit-like depth. Hops such as Saaz and Triumph were used to create a立体感 (three-dimensional) herbal and fruity character. By generously adding yuzu paste at the start of fermentation, the vivid aroma inherent to yuzu is cleanly brought out.

The tartness of yuzu has been refined away, leaving a pure flavor. The gentle bitterness derived from essential oil components and the mellow, soft texture beautifully blend with the dry lager's smooth finish.
