The answer that the artisans arrived at after much heated debate and discussion —
It was to further refine last year's hugely popular "Sudachi Udon Beer."
This time, our focus was on an exhilarating sourness that cuts through the throat.
The subtle sweetness derived from hops enhances the sudachi's acidity,
resulting in a vibrant flavor that will awaken your senses with just one sip.
Furthermore, using Kagawa-prefecture wheat, we pursued a "smooth" gulp, just like freshly made udon.
It's a refreshing drink that encapsulates the entire scenery of the Seto Inland Sea.

それは、昨年大好評だった「すだちうどんビール」を、さらに磨き上げることでした。
今回こだわったのは、喉を突き抜けるような爽快な酸っぱさ。
ホップ由来のほのかな甘みがすだちの酸味を引き立て、
一口飲めば目が覚めるような鮮烈な味わいに仕上げています。
さらに香川県産小麦を使用し、打ち立てうどんのような“つるっ”とした喉越しまで追求。
瀬戸内の風景を丸ごと閉じ込めたような、清涼感あふれる一杯です。
