■ Carefully Selected Ingredients

To resemble udon noodles, we used locally grown wheat from Kagawa Prefecture. We combined carefully selected barley and wheat to pursue a glossy sweetness and a smooth finish. We used plenty of hops to fully bring out the juiciness characteristic of a HAZY IPA.
